Fall 2011 Class Schedule, Registration Form, and Wavier. Fall classes start September 12!
MSDA operates on a 32-34 week session, beginning in September and ending in June with an additional 6-8 week summer session.
How to Register
- Register online or
- Print and turn in the Fall 11-12 registration form, class schedule, and wavier or
- Stop by the studio for the forms
Send completed forms and tuition to: Main Street Dance Academy, 111 S. First Street, Peotone, IL, 60468. Checks should be made payable to Main Street Dance Academy. Please include the student's name and the semester on the memo line. The $15.00 per student fee is waived if registration is completed two weeks prior to the first day of classes.
Installment Plan
- Tuition is payable in 9 installments. Payment must be made by the 1st of every month starting in September and ending in May. A late fee of $10.00 is applied after the 5th of the month.
Family Discount
- 10% discount off tuition for 2 or more IMMEDIATE family members that are enrolled at MSDA.
Late Registration
- Late Registrations may be available. Tuition will not be prorated for late registration or for missed classes. Please inquire.
Showcase Information
- Further information will be posted here and on our homepage when dates are available. Showcases usually take place on the second Saturday in June.
Class Schedules are subject to change. Additional classes may be added dependent on demand. Tuition is non-refundable. We may withhold a dancer from performing if tuition is not paid in full. Dancers must be registered, with initial payment, contract and waiver on file before the first class is taken.
