Register for MSDA Classes

Fall 2010-11 Forms:

MSDA operates on a 32 week session, beginning in September and ending in June with an additional 6-8 week summer session. View our Spring 2010 Calendar for important dates.

How to Register

  • Click on the links above for a printable registration form, class schedule, and tuition payment guide or stop by the studio for the forms.
  • Send completed forms and tuition to: Main Street Dance Academy, 111 S. First Street, Peotone, IL, 60468.
  • Checks should be made payable to Main Street Dance Academy. In the memo line, write-in the dancer's name and the semester.
  • The $15.00 per student fee is waived if registration is completed two weeks prior to the first day of classes. Registration fees increase to $25.00 if registration is completed after the session begins.
Installment Plan
  • Tuition is broken down as per a 9-payment plan. Payments must be made by the 1st of every month starting in September and ending in May. If tuition is paid in full up front, a 5% discount will be applied.
  • A late fee of $10.00 is applied after the 15th of the month.
  • A $15.00 registration fee will be waived if registration is completed and tuition payment is made before the set semester deadline. After the deadline the fee increases to $25.00
Family Discount
  • 10% discount for 2 or more family members that are enrolled at MSDA.
Late Registration
  • Late Registration will only be allowed under certain circumstance. Tuition will not be prorated for late registration or for missed classes.
Showcase Information
  • Further information will be posted at a later date. Showcases take place in June.

Private Lessons

  • Private lessons can be purchased for a $20/half hourly rate. Call MSDA at (708) 258-3656 or email us at info@mainstreetdance.biz to make arrangements.

Class Schedules are subject to change. Additional classes may be added dependent on demand. Tuition is non-refundable. We may withhold a dancer from performing if tuition is not paid in full. Dancers must be registered before the first class is taken.
