Pilates
Learn the exercises and breathing technique created by Joseph Pilates. This class will teach the correct way to execute the exercises and movements of Pilates. Gain core strength and flexibility through this great workout and feel great after class. It may be a requirement to bring your own mat, depending on the size of the class.
Teen Pilates is offered to ages 13-18, and the Adult class is offered to ages 18 and up.
